Electronic Data Systems (EDS) has announced plans to hire 100 employees to fill computer help desk positions at its facility in Winchester. The hiring comes as welcome news to the Winchester community, which has seen nearly 600 jobs lost in the last six months due to cuts at GECOM, Niles American Wintech, Leggett & Platt and Ainak.
