Frost Brown Todd Announces Merger With Indianapolis Law Firm

Midwest law firm Frost Brown Todd, which has offices in Louisville, Florence and Lexington, has merged with Locke Reynolds, a law firm headquartered in Indianapolis.

Frost Brown Todd is the larger of the two firms, with 385 attorneys and 836 staff members working in nine offices throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, West Virginia and Ohio. Locke Reynolds has 79 attorneys and 79 staff members, with offices in Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne.

The combined firm will operate under the Frost Brown Todd name with offices in Louisville, Florence and Lexington, Ky.; Cincinnati, West Chester and Columbus, Ohio; Nashville, Tenn.; Charleston, W. Va.; and New Albany, Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, Ind.

The combined firm is expected to have revenue exceeding $175 million in 2009.
