LOUISVILLE, Ky. (October 29, 2013) –(BUSINESS WIRE)– Papa John’s International Inc. (NASDAQ: PZZA) today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per common share, payable November 22, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 11, 2013. At this quarterly dividend rate, the annual dividend is equivalent to $1.00 per common share.
Pappa John’s was trading at $76.28 on Wednesday afternoon.
