Company pays $185.7 million for most of Hamburg Pavillion

Includes most stores except Target

(July 30, 2014) — Hamburg Pavilion, the regional shopping center at Man O’ War Boulevard and I-75 comprised of eight separate parcels, sold July 23 in what is thought to be the priciest total real property transaction in Kentucky history. Starwood Capital Group paid Fourth Quarter Properties a total of $185.7 million.

The sold land includes all of the stores from Garden Ridge to Ulta, Babies R Us, H.H. Gregg and Regal Cinemas. It also includes the row of Best Buy, Marshall’s, Michaels and PetSmart as well as the row of smaller shops anchored by Party City. Barnes & Noble, Pier 1, Logan’s Roadhouse and Old Chicago are also included. The parcels include some undeveloped sites, but does not include Target.
