New degree programs approved at EKU and WKU

FRANKFORT, Ky. (Sept. 16, 2014) — During a meeting today at Kentucky State University the Council on Postsecondary Education approved two new degree programs at Eastern Kentucky University and one at Western Kentucky University.

The council approved a doctor of psychology degree and a bachelor of arts in social justice studies at EKU and a bachelor of arts in paralegal studies at WKU.

The next meeting of the council will be Nov. 20-21 at Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Lexington.
