Gala of Royal Horses to perform in Louisville

GOTRH Black horse standLOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 1, 2014)— Embarking on its first U.S. tour, the Gala of the Royal Horses will gallop into Freedom Hall at 3 p.m. on Sunday.

The Gala of the Royal Horses gives audiences the chance to experience the excitement, splendor, and majesty of some of the most beautiful horses in the world. Celebrating its first tour out of Europe, the show combines horses from around the world, including Andalusian, Friesian, Lipizzaner and Arabian breeds, with live performers to create a breathtaking performance for the entire family.

The Royal Horses of Europe previously performed only at the famous riding schools in Vienna and Spain and have been favored for by royalty, equestrian riders and bullfighters.  Alongside the horses, Spanish flamenco dancers will be featured in authentic vibrant costumes accompanied by guitar music that will bring the sights and sounds of Spain to Freedom Hall.

Tickets are $37 and $48 for adults and $27 and $37 for children. Floor seating is available for $79. Parking at the Kentucky Exposition Center is $8 per vehicle.
