Events are on Fridays in February and March
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 30, 2015) — Councilman Bill Hollander and United Crescent Hill Ministries are partnering with the Louisville Asset Building Coalition (LABC) to offer free Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) mobile clinics on Fridays in February and March.
Volunteers will provide free tax preparation for individuals and families who have $58,000 or less in Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) per year. Anyone who received income from the sale of their home, own rental property or received $10,000 in cash in self-employment and $5,000 in expenses are not eligible for free tax service.
Events, which will be held at United Crescent Hill Ministries (UCHM), 150 S. State St., are on Feb. 6, 20, March 6, 20 by appointment only.
