Dinsmore now has 575 attorneys in 18 cities
CINCINNATI, Ohio (Feb. 2, 2015) — Cincinnati-based Dinsmore & Shohl—which has offices in Louisville, Lexington, Ashland, Covington and Frankfort—has merged with Huddleston Bolen LLP, one of the oldest law firms in West Virginia.
The merger, effective on Sunday, adds 40 attorneys and 56 staff to the firm, making Dinsmore the 4th largest law firm in West Virginia with more than 75 attorneys practicing in five offices.
Huddleston Bolen, which was created in 1871, is based in Huntington, and has offices in Charleston, Louisville and Ashland.
Dinsmore now has 575 attorneys and locations in 18 cities throughout Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C. and West Virginia.
