The University of Louisville Board of Trustees has formed a committee that will focus on board governance and ongoing education for board members at UofL. The first meeting for the committee would have been today but was canceled due to inclement weather.
“We wanted to get this committee up and running so we’ve been working with board members by phone and email today,” said Board Chair Dr. Robert Hughes.
