KY 700 temporarily closed in McCreary County

Somerset, Ky. – KY 700 in McCreary County has been temporarily closed to through traffic at mile point 13.6 due to a mudslide.

The duration of closure is expected to last three weeks. The duration of work may be adjusted for inclement weather or other unforeseeable delays.

Motorist may access areas east of the slide by KY 90 or KY 1045 from U.S. 27 or they may access areas west by KY 700 via U.S. 27.
