Loan will help improve Bakery Square building
Louisville, Ky. – CurrentProperties, LLC has been approved for a METCO loan in the amount of $34,500 by the Louisville Metropolitan Business Development Corporation. The loan will leverage a total investment of $70,500 to assist Rick and Lisa Schardein in the improvement of 1324 E. Washington St.
Improvements to be made on the structure known as the Bakery Square building, located in the heart of Butchertown, include painting and repairs to the windows and façade.
Meetings of the METCO Board are usually held at 8:30 a.m. on the fourth Thursday of the month, at 444 S. 5th Street, 6th floor. Meetings for 2015 are August 27, September 24, October 22 and December 10.
