Gov. Bevin makes appointments to workers’ compensation nominating commission

Seven appointments made

FRANKFORT, Ky. (May 10, 2016) — Gov. Matt Bevin has made appointments to the Workers’ Compensation Nominating Commission. Bevin has completely revamped the board, naming all new members.

New members are:

Mark Flores, Lexington, is an attorney with the law firm of Frost Brown Todd LLC in Lexington. He will serve for a term expiring May 6, 2017.

Megan E. Mersch, Park Hills, is an attorney with the law firm of O’Hara, Ruberg, Taylor, Sloan & Sergeant in Covington. She will serve for a term expiring May 6, 2018.

Joshua W. Davis, Louisville, is an attorney with the law firm of O’Bryan, Brown & Toner PLLC in Louisville. He will serve for a term expiring May 6, 2018.

Jordan Tong, Owensboro, is the president/owner of Frantz Building Services, Inc in Owensboro. He will serve for a term expiring May 6, 2019.

Victoria E. Boggs, Louisville, is an attorney with the law firm of Napier Gault Schupbach & Stevens PLC in Louisville. She will serve for a term expiring May 6, 2019.

Louis D. Kelly, Florence, is an attorney with the law firm of Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC in Covington. He will serve for a term expiring May 6, 2020.

Runan S. Pendergrast, Lexington, is the associate dean of financial aid at Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Lexington. She will serve for a term expiring May 6, 2020.
