FRANKFORT, Ky. (Dec. 2, 2016) — Gov. Matt Bevin has made appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions.
Appointments:
- David Anthony Shuffett has been appointed to the Kentucky Humanities Council. Shuffett, of Nicholasville, is an independent television producer and columnist for Kentucky Living Magazine. He shall serve for a term expiring Jan. 1, 2020.
- Justin Drew Clark has been appointed to the Kentucky Boxing and Wrestling Commission. Clark, of Louisville, is an attorney and will be representing attorneys as a member of the Commission. He shall serve for a term expiring May 16, 2019.

Ray Anthony Barker has been appointed to the Kentucky Lottery Corporation Board of Directors. Barker, of Louisville, is a retired police officer. Barker shall serve for a term expiring Nov. 28, 2017.

Cynthia Doyle Rogers has been appointed to the Kentucky Lottery Corporation Board of Directors. Rogers, of Somerset, shall serve for a term expiring Nov. 28, 2017.
Appointed to the Statewide Advisory Council for Vocational Rehabilitation:
- Kelly Anne Knoop, of Louisville, shall serve for a term expiring May 20, 2019.
- Carole H. Estes, of Warsaw, is retired. Estes will be representing community rehabilitation program service providers. She shall serve for a term expiring May 20, 2019.
- Duke Pettit, of Lexington, is a disability accommodations consultant. Pettit shall serve for a term expiring May 20, 2019.
- Veronica Hazard, of Bowling Green, is a disability coordinator. Hazard shall serve for a term expiring May 20, 2019.
- Sharon S. Fields, of Frankfort, is self-employed. Fields shall serve for a term expiring May 20, 2019.
- David Wayne Davis, of Lawrenceburg, is an accountant. Davis will be representing business, industry and labor. He shall serve for a term expiring May 20. 2019.
- Dorothy James Jenkins, of Shelbyville, is a vocational rehabilitation counselor. Jenkins will be representing vocational rehabilitation counselors. She shall serve for a term expiring May 20, 2017.
- Joe L. Cowan, of Monticello, is an instructional specialist in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. Cowan shall serve for a term expiring May 20, 2019.
- Yayo Sadda Radder, of Lexington, is a special education consultant. Radder will be representing state education agency. She will serve for a term expiring May 20, 2019.
