Retired Kroger manager
FRANKFORT, Ky. (Jan. 13, 2017) — Gov. Matt Bevin today appointed Roger D. Moore, of Taylorsville, as Magistrate for the First District of Spencer County.
Moore began working at Kroger full-time in 1971, entering into management 15 years later. He retired as a store manager at the Louisville Division Office, at times overseeing 168 store remodels or new store openings.
He shall serve until the position is filled in accordance with the results of the November 2018 midterm election, pursuant to the provisions of Section 152 of the Kentucky Constitution.
