Developers purchase National Turnpike for $2.4M; site to be used for industrial facility

435,000 square feet

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 24, 2017) — A 29-acre parcel on National Turnpike in Louisville will be turned into a 435,000-square-foot industrial facility, reports Breaking Property News.

The land was purchased by a New York-based real estate developer long acquainted with the Louisville real estate market, reports Breaking Property News.

“An affiliate of Clarion Partners LLC bought the vacant site at 7830 National Turnpike for about $2.4 million from an ownership group that includes Alesia Bishop, Randall George and Laura Band,” reports Breaking Property News. “They have owned the land since 1992.”
