The scholarship will assist students with tuition, room, board, fees and other related costs. Applicants must be full-time or part-time undergraduate students who transferred from a community college and are majoring in telecommunications systems management with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

The program was designed to focus on the information systems infrastructure in the rapidly growing telecommunications industry. TSM is an interdisciplinary program that provides students a solid foundation in information systems technologies and the application of those technologies in a business environment.
