UK, BCTC will co-host ‘Ask an Immigration Attorney’ on Feb. 23

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 21, 2017) ― The University of Kentucky International Center and Bluegrass Community and Technical College (BCTC) will co-host “Ask an Immigration Attorney,” an open discussion between attendees and two immigration attorneys.

The attorneys will answer questions about President Trump’s executive order and travel ban at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, in Room 213, Kastle Hall.

“It is important for students to remain up-to-date and informed about the ongoing changes impacting immigration. We hope students will take advantage of opportunities like this one where they can get answers to some of their more pressing questions right now from a reliable source,” said Elizabeth Leibach, UK director of International Student and Scholar Services.

The event is open to all students, scholars and staff, regardless of their status in the United States. For more information, contact Leibach at [email protected] for details.
