DHL to add 900 new jobs at its Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky hub

ERLANGER, Ky. (Feb. 23, 2017) — DHL Express, the world’s leading international express services provider, today announced it will recruit approximately 900 new positions as the company completes the latest $108 million expansion of its Americas Hub at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport.

The projected growth in e-commerce and international shipments is expected to increase the hub’s workforce to more than 3,300 from the current 2,400 employees.

In order to fill these new positions, DHL will hold a job fair on Saturday, March 4, at the CVG Centre in Erlanger. Those hired should be ready to begin work no later than May 1.

The new jobs at the DHL hub, an equal mix of full- and part-time positions, offer health benefits and tuition reimbursement, as well as allow for flexible work schedules. The positions to be filled include the new daytime shift as well as the existing evening shifts. DHL will be filling both exempt and non-exempt positions, including some supervisory positions.

Job applicants should bring two forms of government-issued ID, and be able to successfully pass a background check and a pre-employment drug test.
