Frontier launching non-stop service from CVG to San Diego

Inaugural flight on Sunday 

ERLANGER, Ky. (May 19, 2017) — Frontier Airlines will hold a ribbon-cutting on Sunday for its new non-stop service from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) to San Diego. The ribbon-cutting will be at 12:10 p.m. The first flight leaves at 1:05 p.m.

Frontier began service from CVG in May of 2013 with one daily flight to Denver. On Thursday Frontier celebrated its two-millionth customer at CVG by awarding that passenger and a guest with free travel on Frontier for one year.

In addition to Denver and San Diego, Frontier also provides nonstop service to Atlanta, Dallas, Cancun, Ft. Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York City, Minneapolis, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Francisco and Tampa/St. Petersburg. Frontier now offers 17 nonstop year-round and/or seasonal destinations from CVG with 93 flights a week.
