LOUISVILLE (July 24, 2017) — Long John Silver’s today announced the company will move its corporate headquarters to larger spaces at 10350 Ormsby Park Place, also known as Ormsby Two in Forest Green Office Park, later this fall after build-out of the new space is complete. The new space was necessary to accommodate the growing brand’s needs after strong growth over the last two years and the acquisition of nearly 100 restaurants.

The company has occupied its current offices at Williamsburg Plaza since 2012 after being sold to a group of Louisville-based investors in late 2011. Brooks Hower and Woodford Hoagland of Hoagland Commercial Realtors represented Long John Silver’s, and worked with the Landlord’s representative, CBRE, to secure the space.

“We’re excited about the new space,” said James O’Reilly, Chief Executive Officer. “We’ll be building out an open, collaborative office space that connects our new forward-looking branding with the fresh, open ocean from where we bring our wild-caught fish.”
