Gov. Bevin appoints Todd County judge-executive

FRANKFORT, Ky. (June 14, 2018) – Gov. Matt Bevin has appointed Michael Todd Mansfield, of Elkton, as Todd County judge-executive.

Mansfield is a former bank president who currently works for Bolinger Appraisal in Hopkinsville as well as in his family’s business at Mansfield Chevrolet. He is also a Hopkinsville Community College Foundation board member.

“I would like to thank Governor Bevin for appointing me as interim judge-executive of Todd County,” said Mansfield. “I am looking forward to working with the fiscal court, as well as working with and for the citizens of Todd County. It is a great honor.”

Mansfield will serve until his position is filled in accordance with the results of the November 2018 midterm election, pursuant to the provisions of Section 152 of the Kentucky Constitution.
