LEXINGTON, Ky. — Selina Shepherd has joined Community Trust’s Wealth and Trust Management team as assistant VP, relationship officer for private wealth services. Andy D. Waters, president and CEO, announced Monday.
As a key member of the Wealth and Trust Management team, Shepherd’s responsibilities include overseeing client relationships, administering trusts and assisting with legacy planning. Her office is located at 100 East Vine Street in downtown Lexington, Ky.
Shepherd graduated from Letcher County Technical Center in Whitesburg, Ky. with a degree in accounting. In addition, she has also completed the trust administration program at Cannon Financial Institute and has earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation, which provides training and knowledge in taxes, investments, financial planning, trusts and estates.
She has 26 years of experience in the banking and wealth management industries, most recently, as assistant VP of trust services at a well-known local banking institution.
Shepherd is a member of the Bluegrass Estate Planning Council and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
