DANVILLE, Ky. — BuzzFeed is currently featuring Centre College’s nation-leading study abroad program through a quiz that invites readers to “plan a semester abroad and we’ll predict your future career.” In addition, the site, in collaboration with Centre, shares a list of 12 life-changing places to study abroad before you graduate.
In the quiz, participants have the opportunity to select a country, a semester, a house, a class, among several other options.
The compiled list features the College’s most unique study abroad locations, describing different adventures, foods and sights to see.
Centre’s study abroad program routinely claims national prominence, most recently being named 3rd among all American colleges and universities by U.S. News & World Report, Princeton Review and the Institute of Internal Education. Approximately 85 percent of Centre College students study abroad at least once, taking advantage of one of three elements of the Centre Commitment.
The College’s international study initiative offers 10 long-term, residential programs or a variety of short-term programs during CentreTerm or during the summer.
