FRANKFORT, Ky. — WesBanco Inc., a diversified, multi-state bank holding company, and Lloyd C. Hillard Jr., chairman of WesBanco’s Central & Southern Kentucky Market Advisory Board, announced recently that James E. Clouse, CPA, has joined the Central & Southern Kentucky Advisory Board of Directors effective Nov. 1.
“We are pleased that Jim is joining the WesBanco team as a director on the Central & Southern Kentucky Advisory Board,” said Hillard. “His wealth of business experience and connection to Central Kentucky will greatly benefit the board as we work to deliver additional value to our customers, employees and communities.”
Clouse is the managing partner of Charles T. Mitchell Co. where he has worked for more than 32 years. He currently serves on the boards of the Frankfort/Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, the Franklin County Emergency Food Panty and the Bluegrass Community Foundation. Previously, he served on the board of United Bank & Capital Trust Company.
A lifelong Central Kentucky native, Clouse is a graduate of University of Kentucky with a bachelor of science in accounting. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accounts.
Jim and his wife, Julie, have two children.
