LEXINGTON, Ky. — Mike Quinn has joined the Fortune Realty team. Fortune Realty is a full service commercial real estate firm in Lexington founded in 1979. Fortune’s services include sales and leasing, client representation, investor and build-to-suit consultation and site selection.
Prior to joining Fortune Realty, Quinn worked 38 years for IBM/Lexmark where he was involved in all facets of real estate, property management and project engineering.
A licensed professional engineer, Quinn directed the leasing, design and construction of commercial office projects throughout the U.S., Canada, Latin America and the Philippines. Quinn earned his real estate agent’s license in 2006 and his broker’s license in 2016.
