LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Leadership Louisville Center President Cynthia Knapek will serve as board chair of the Association of Leadership Programs (ALP), the nation’s largest network of leadership programs.

Her one-year term begins in December 2018. This role allows Knapek to lead the advancement of the effectiveness of community leadership programs and professionals across the country.
