LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Hollenbach-Oakley has named Dustin Coffman director of commercial development.
Coffman will be engaged on all projects with a primary focus on the development of a Class A office park in River Ridge Commerce Center, located at the first Indiana interchange across the new Lewis & Clark Bridge.
“We’re excited to welcome Dustin to our team,” said John Hollenbach, managing partner of Hollenbach-Oakley. “His background in commercial development positions him to contribute to the continued growth of River Ridge and our other developments.”
Prior to joining Hollenbach-Oakley, Coffman served as director of finance and marketing for the River Ridge Development Authority, managing their global marketing program, facilitating over 400-acres in land sales, assisting in the development of the park’s infrastructure, and overseeing the authority’s financial functions and obligations.
He has also served as a national sales manager, advisor for a local real estate firm, and vice president of sales for a development firm.
