Central Kentucky native hired as wealth manager by Ross, Sinclaire & Associates

Martha Weeks

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Ross, Sinclaire & Associates, LLC (RSA) has hired Martha Weeks, a Central Kentucky native, as a wealth manager in the firm’s Lexington office.

The announcement comes as Cincinnati-based RSA continues to expand its wealth management staff and grow its Private Client Group.

“After first meeting Martha, I was impressed by her client service focus and consummate professionalism,” said Kevin Thompson, director of RSA’s Private Client Group. “She’s a problem solver for her clients and an excellent addition to our Lexington office.”

Weeks, who grew up in Richmond and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University, has worked in the investment industry since 2004.

“Ross Sinclaire is a quality firm,” Weeks said. “It has long been a provider of municipal bonds to the markets and in building a brokerage platform, seeking quality advising and client relationships. Their focus on quality and doing what is right for the client is what sealed my decision to join this firm.”

Weeks said her guiding principles of helping clients reach their investment goals are listening to and understanding the client.

“Communication between the advisor and client is crucial,” Weeks said. “I listen to clients to determine their needs and to get to know them so that we can work together in planning and meeting their investments needs. Communication is also key to mitigating risk and choosing suitable investments and strategies to form the best plans for the client.”

When she is not at work or with clients, Weeks sings professionally with her husband of 18 years, James, and helps her teenage son realize his dreams of being a musician. She is also an avid golfer and gardener.
