LEXINGTON, Ky. — Frances Johnson joined Baldwin CPAs in January 2019 as a client accounting specialist. Her primary focus is on payroll and sales tax reporting.
Johnson works in the firm’s Richmond office. She has been in the public accounting sector for 13 years. Prior to public accounting, she spent 17 years in manufacturing accounting and office management. Additionally, Johnson has accounting and financial management experience in the retail watercraft, securities and non-profit industry sectors.
Johnson received a bachelor of business administration in accounting from Morehead State University in 1982, graduating cum laude, and also lettered four years with the Lady Eagle basketball team. Her hobbies include piano, reading and quilting.
She has two daughters and four grandchildren. Her two favorite quotes are: “The sun is always shining above the clouds” and “When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life.”
