SHELBYVILLE, Ky. — Jeptha Creed will be celebrating the launch of its first Straight 4-Grain Bourbon May 10. The bourbon has been barrel-aged for two years and was six years in the making. It has a 4-grain mash bill of heirloom Bloody Butcher corn, malted rye, malted wheat and malted barley. Its youth belies its smooth, complex taste.
