Allegiant offering $71 nonstop to Virginia Beach from CVG

HEBRON, Ky. — Allegiant begins service Friday from Cincinnati to Virginia Beach and the Outer Banks via Norfolk International Airport (ORF). To celebrate, the company is offering one-way fares on the new route as low as $71.

“Cincinnati-residents continue to be great supporters of our service, so we are excited to offer another sunny destination to area travelers,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant vice president of planning and revenue. “We’re sure travelers will enjoy soaking up the sun in Virginia Beach and the Outer Banks this summer, lounging on the beaches and exploring this truly beautiful area.”

The new route will operate twice weekly. With the addition of this new route, Allegiant will now serve 20 cities from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Flight days, times and the lowest fares can be found only at Allegiant.com.

“Allegiant’s new low-cost, nonstop service to Norfolk, Virginia is a great addition for the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky community offering access to Virginia Beach, Colonial Williamsburg and the Outer Banks,” said Candace McGraw, chief executive officer at CVG. “We’re delighted that Allegiant has flown more than 3 million passengers since it began service at CVG in 2014, and now serves 20 destinations from our airport.”
