The Kirkland Co. brokers $61.4M sale of 6 properties

Portfolio includes 1,186-unit apartments in Louisville, Lexington and Southern Indiana

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Kirkland Company announced recently that Brandon Wilson, Brian Devlin and John Seale recently brokered a $61.4 million sale of the following properties (the transaction was between the buyer, The Clear Blue Company LLC, and the seller, Read Properties):

• Iroquois Gardens, a 156-unit multifamily complex located in Louisville, Ky. The 1972-built property is comprised of one and two bedroom floor plans.

• King George, a 208-unit multifamily complex located in Louisville. The 1973 and 1998-built property is comprised of two and three bedroom floor plans.

• Victoria Gardens, a 336-unit multifamily complex located in Louisville. The 1979-built property is comprised of one and two bedroom floor plans.

• Abigail Gardens, a 136-unit multifamily complex located in Lexington, Ky. The 1978-built property is comprised of one and two bedroom floor plans.

• King David, a 188-unit multifamily complex located in New Albany, Ind. The 1970-built property is comprised of one and two bedroom floor plans.

• King Solomon, a 162-unit multifamily complex located in Jeffersonville, Ind. The 1972 and 1996-built property is comprised of one and two bedroom floor plans.
