FRANKFORT, Ky. — Pandemic restrictions forced nearly 18% of Kentucky businesses to close at least temporarily. Puerto Rico ranked number 1, where 50% of businesses closed. Michigan was the highest state at 32%.
Kentucky ranked 27th on the list at 17.8%. The surrounding states percentages were,
