Carter Miller

LEXINGTON, Ky. — The Webb Companies has promoted Carter Miller, CPM, CCIM, to executive vice president of leasing and brokerage.

Miller joined The Webb Companies’ Asset Management Division in 2015 and was responsible for managing a large portfolio of suburban commercial real estate properties. In 2017, he expanded into leasing and brokerage. In his new role, Miller will be responsible for leasing The Webb Companies’ real estate portfolio of almost five million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.

His services will also include site selection, tenant representation, and real estate sales.

Miller will replace the retiring Ken Michul as head of the leasing and brokerage division in March 2021. Michul announced his retirement after 36 years with The Webb Companies.

“We are so thankful for Ken Michul’s service and dedication to The Webb Companies, having worked with my father and uncle for over 30 years,” said Woodford Webb, president of The Webb Companies. “Carter Miller is a trusted team member with a proven track record, and we are excited to have a new generation of real estate professionals like him that will continue Ken’s fine example of professionalism and integrity and help lead our business into the future.”

Miller holds a Kentucky Broker’s license and is active in the commercial real estate field, serving as the current President of the Kentucky-West Virginia IREM chapter. He is designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM) and LEED Green Associate. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University.
