CTI announces promotion of Jane Ahlrichs to vice president

COVINGTON, Ky. — CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services (CTI), a multi-national, privately held, full-service contract research organization (CRO) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jane Ahlrichs to vice president, global clinical project management.

“Jane is a wonderful leader. She is passionate about everything she does and is incredibly well respected by everyone at CTI,” remarks Kevin Schwarz, COO. “She works tirelessly and is very dedicated to not only her CTI family, but to our sponsors and the patients we treat around the world.”

Ahlrichs joined CTI in April 2001 as a senior project manager, where she initially was responsible for the development of protocols and transplant training materials. Since joining CTI, she has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the global clinical project management department. Ahlrichs has worked on dozens of trials, overseen the development of numerous processes and SOPs, and has mentored countless junior level employees. She has most recently served as executive director, North American clinical project management, a department which has more than doubled under her leadership.

Prior to joining CTI, Jane spent over a decade in nursing, working at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center as director, Inpatient Rehabilitation and Transitional Care Unit.

In her new role, Ahlrichs will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and operations of the global clinical project management team, with employees across 60 countries and hundreds of trials across 6 continents. The clinical project management group has worked on thousands of projects resulting in more than 130 approved drugs and devices over the last three decades, including extensive work in rare disease, regenerative medicine, and COVID-19.
