Henry Snorton, III, CEcD, is one of Kentucky and the nation’s premier small business and economic development experts known throughout as the Startup Guru. He is the principal partner at Mission Vision Partner, LLC. (MVP) and franchise consultant at Frannet of Kentucky and Indiana. Snorton received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Kentucky State University and MPA from Tennessee State University.
Snorton is one of Kentucky’s few Certified Economic Developers (CEcD) achieved from the International Economic Development Council, Inc. (IEDC). After graduating from UK’s Kentucky Institute for Economic Development (KIED), Snorton is now an expert trainer and presenter for it and the Kentucky Association for Economic Development (KAED). He is a national “Outstanding Instructor Nominee” by the SBA for delivering training at Fort Knox and Fort Campbell’s Boots to Business Program. Before launching his small business and economic development consultancy in 2008, Snorton served as vice president of business development at the Christian County Chamber of Commerce. He is a native, Kentucky Colonel and married with four children residing in Hopkinsville.
