Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney Brady Dunnigan to the firm’s Lexington, Ky., office. He joins the Real Estate & Banking Service Group as a Member (Partner).

Rosenthal, office executive member of the firm’s Lexington office, said. “His vast and diverse deal-side experience will be incredibly valuable to our clients as we continue to add depth to our real estate and corporate practices.”
Dunnigan’s diverse transactional practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate and finance, representing developers of hotels, entertainment venues, office buildings, mixed-use projects and industrial facilities, as well as lenders who finance them.
His practice also includes general business law, assisting clients in structuring, documentation and financing of acquisitions, dispositions and other business transactions, and he serves as outside general corporate counsel to various of his clients. He is a longtime agent for a national title insurance underwriter and has significant experience issuing legal opinions for a broad spectrum of acquisition and finance transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Dunnigan was a Partner with an Am Law 200 law firm with offices in Lexington. Outside of his legal practice, his community service includes serving as the president of the board of CAC of Kentucky, a nonprofit organization that oversees the state’s network of child advocacy centers. Dunnigan received his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Kentucky.
