LEXINGTON, Ky. — Forcht Bank is pleased to announce that Carol Raskin has joined our team as Director of Training. In her new role, she will be responsible for facilitating the planning, design, and implementation of the Bank’s training programs. Carol brings more than 25 years of experience in the training industry that will provide an immediate impact on the bank and its’ bankers.
Carol is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a Basehor’s of Science Degree in Occupational Development and Strategic Planning. She continued her studies with a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Education and various certifications based on leadership in banking.
