SHEPHERDSVILLE, Ky. — Crossdock Development Inc. has announced plans to add three more speculative industrial buildings to its expanding footprint in the Louisville industrial market.
The new complex will be on a 147-acre infill site with Interstate-65 frontage located 14 miles from the UPS WorldPort Global Hub.
Situated next to the Salt River and Cedar Grove Business Parks, the project features three 40-foot clear Class A facilities of 218,140 sf, 310,700 sf, and 736,000 sf. The announcement comes as Crossdock nears the completion of its eighth project in the area – a nearby 572,000 sf spec facility that will be available in June.
