South Central Bank has named Camden Skidmore as its senior vice president and city executive for the Lexington market. He will lead the team of commercial and mortgage lending officers in addition to overseeing the full-service banking operations.
Skidmore brings more than 18 years of banking experience to South Central Bank. He is active in many civic and nonprofit organizations such as LexArts, Commerce Lexington, the Downtown Lexington Partnership, the Lexington Forum and the Kentucky Mountain Laurel Foundation.
He is a member of the Commercial Property Association of Lexington, associate member of CCIM, and the Thoroughbred Club
of America.
Skidmore and his wife, Kim, live in downtown Lexington. They have two daughters, Lauren and Emma, who go to the University of Miami School of Law and the University of Kentucky, respectively. He enjoys Thoroughbred horse racing, bourbon, UK sports and showing off Lexington to out-of-town friends and family. When not in Lexington, he enjoys spending time with family and friends on Norris Lake.
