Commerce Lexington announces 2013 board of directors

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Dec. 28, 2012) — Commerce Lexington Inc. on Thursday announced the members of its executive board and board of directors for 2013. The board of directors is instrumental in the success of the organization as it works toward its mission “to represent our members, creating the environment and opportunity for economic prosperity and quality living in Central Kentucky,” Commerce Lexington said.

Danny Murphy is chair of Commerce Lexington’s 2013 Board of Directors.

Leading the 2013 Board of Directors is Danny Murphy, assistant dean of administration and community engagement for the University of Kentucky College of Law. Ken Sagan, who is chairman at Stites and Harbison PLLC, has been selected as chair-elect and will guide the Board in 2014. Both have been involved in Commerce Lexington in a variety of roles in previous years.
