FRANKFORT, Ky. (Jan. 25, 2013) — The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s Eighth Business Summit and Annual Meeting, presented by Bingham Greenbaum Doll, will host CNN senior political analyst and former presidential advisor, David Gergen.

Gergen is currently a professor of public service and director of the Center for Public Leadership at the John F. Gergen wrote about his experience in his New York Times best-seller, “Eyewitness to Power: The Essence of Leadership, Nixon to Clinton.” As a senior political analyst for CNN, Gergen frequently appears on “Anderson Cooper 360” and “The Situation Room” with Wolf Blitzer.

Now in its eighth year, the Chamber’s Business Summit and Annual Meeting, scheduled for July 22-23 at the Louisville Marriott Downtown, provides an opportunity for business leaders throughout the state to discuss issues related to the local, national and international economies. The Kentucky Chamber’s signature event has brought to the stage journalists and political analysts such as Tucker Carlson, Donna Brazile, George Will, the late Tim Russert, Ted Koppel and Bob Woodward.
