Cincinnati, Ohio (June 5, 2013) – Hyatt Regency Cincinnati announced the opening of Red Roost Tavern, a new farm-to-table style restaurant. Located on the lobby level of Cincinnati’s premier hotel, the venue provides guests and Cincinnatians with a locally sourced, upscale dining experience and opens Monday, June 10.
More than two dozen farms, distilleries and purveyors throughout Ohio and Northern Kentucky will supply the restaurant with hormone-free meats, organic produce and high-quality beer and spirits. In addition, seasonal menus will provide patrons with robust flavor combinations like Ohio Grass Fed Ribeye and Sweet Corn Soup with Smoked Tomato Jam.

Carefully Served,” said Executive Chef Bernard Foster. “We incorporate organic and local ingredients wherever possible, which allows us to provide unrivaled levels of flavor and quality. We’re supporting our local communities and providing guests and Cincinnati residents with balanced offerings that reflect the tastes they love.”
In addition to its farm-to-table style menu, Red Roost Tavern features a contemporary environment for patrons. An open kitchen and warm colors complement tabletops and accents made with local, reclaimed wood, and various seating configurations provide accessible dining options for business meetings, happy hour gatherings, private events and more.
Red Roost Tavern will be open to guests and the public seven days a week, 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. for breakfast, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch and 5 to 10 p.m. for dinner. A private dining room is also available for dinners and special events.

The opening of Red Roost Tavern marks a significant milestone in Hyatt Regency Cincinnati’s $20 million extensive hotel makeover that began in December 2012. Additional improvements include a complete overhaul of the hotel’s guest rooms and meeting and social event spaces, which will debut in late summer 2013.
