Kevin Latta buys partial interest in Hidden Brook Farm

Paris, KY (July 9, 2013) – Kevin Latta, of Irving, Texas, has purchased trainer Danny Vella’s fractional interest in Hidden Brook Farm, announced partner Dan Hall.

Latta is the owner of Latta Construction, a worldwide construction company with offices in Irving, Texas and Baltimore, Maryland that specializes in high-end commercial and residential projects. Latta, an Arkansas native and longtime Hidden Brook client, grew up in a family of horseracing enthusiasts and is an active racehorse owner and breeder.

Woodbine-based Vella will continue to train for Hidden Brook Racing and will remain active with the Paris nursery in an advisory capacity.
