Paris, KY (July 9, 2013) – Kevin Latta, of Irving, Texas, has purchased trainer Danny Vella’s fractional interest in Hidden Brook Farm, announced partner Dan Hall.
Latta is the owner of Latta Construction, a worldwide construction company with offices in Irving, Texas and Baltimore, Maryland that specializes in high-end commercial and residential projects. Latta, an Arkansas native and longtime Hidden Brook client, grew up in a family of horseracing enthusiasts and is an active racehorse owner and breeder.
“I am pleased and proud to become a part owner of Hidden Brook,” said Kevin Latta. “It’s an opportunity to expand my passion and interest in an industry that I have been involved with my entire life. Woodbine-based Vella will continue to train for Hidden Brook Racing and will remain active with the Paris nursery in an advisory capacity.
