Louisville Latin restaurant named as spot to get your next great meal
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Aug. 19, 2013) — The options of places to eat your next great meal could be endless, but according to Southern Living top 100, Seviche should be one of your picks. The magazine included chef Anthony Lamas’ Louisville restaurant on the “100 Places to Eat Now” in its September issue.

Southern Living features editor Jennifer Cole compiled restaurants for the list for The Daily South section. An always-evolving group that encompasses both old and new restaurants, Cole chose the best from across the south, including Seviche.
She recommends what Chef Anthony Lamas calls his southern Latin dish, tuna old fashioned. “Chef Lamas marinates rosy chunks of fresh tuna in locally made soy sauce and Kentucky bourbon with orange and a little pineapple,” writes Cole adding it’s “worth a road trip.”
“I’m excited to be included among so many top-notch restaurants,” said chef Lamas. “I work hard to provide a unique Latin experience at Seviche highlighting only the best seafood and local ingredients in a comfortable atmosphere. I hope everyone takes the time to experience it for themselves and decide where Seviche ranks on their top 100 list.”
