AT&T Digital Life, new home security and automation service, launches Friday

Allows consumers to secure, manage homes from anywhere

(Oct. 24, 2013) – On Friday, AT&T will launch Digital Life in Kentuckiana, along with six other markets: Birmingham, Ala.; Las Vegas; Nashville; Raleigh, N.C.; Richmond, Va.; and Tucson, Ariz. AT&T Digital Life makes customers’ lives easier by simplifying the management of their home. Digital Life offers security, convenience and peace of mind in a customizable and easy-to-use experience from smartphones, tablets or PCs.

Markets to receive Digital Life in Kentucky include the cities of Bardstown, Boston, Brooks, Buckner, Crestwood, Coxs Creek, Fairdale, Finchville, Fisherville, Glenview, Goshen, La Grange, Lebanon Junction, Louisville, Mt. Washington, Peewee Valley, Prospect, Shelbyville, Shepherdsville, Simpsonville and Taylorsville. Markets to receive Digital Life in Indiana include the cities of Clarksville, Elizabeth, Floyds Knobs, Georgetown, Jeffersonville, Lanesville, New Albany and Sellersburg.

Beginning Friday, customers in these seven new markets can receive a live demo and purchase Digital Life in company owned retail stores. Including the new markets launching on Friday, Digital Life has exceeded its goal of 50 markets by the end of 2013, and will be available in 51 markets.

With Digital Life, customers can use their existing home broadband provider, and any wireless phone service, and enjoy the security and convenience of a home management system with the flexibility to meet their unique needs.
