“The opening of Gatsby’s on Fourth represents our ongoing commitment to constantly improve as we strive to be best in market,” said Jim Meyer, director of sales and marketing at The Seelbach Hilton.  “We’re very excited to open Gatsby’s on Fourth to the public and believe it will be a favorite with not only our hotel guests, but our local community.”

Gatsby’s on Fourth will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service, offering a diverse and extensive menu that features traditional American classics infused with local, seasonal ingredients.  Located on the hotel’s first floor, the space has been completely renovated and now opens up directly to the Seelbach’s main lobby.

The name, Gatsby’s on Fourth, is a tribute to the hotel’s historic heritage.  Built in 1905, hotel was a landmark for “the golden era” with its grand ambiance inspiring author F. Scott Fitzgerald to use The Seelbach as a backdrop for Tom and Daisy Buchanan’s wedding in American literary classic, “The Great Gatsby.”

Gatsby’s on Fourth joins an impressive lineup of dining options at The Seelbach Hilton.  The hotel is home The Oakroom, Kentucky’s only AAA Five Diamond restaurant, and has earned the prestigious designation each year since 1998.

Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. For more information, visit the SeelbachHilton.com or on Facebook.
