(NYSE: HUM) announced today that LifeSynch, its behavioral health and behavior change subsidiary, will offer the same telephonic counseling currently available to members (through the employee assistance program and work-life services administered by LifeSynch) to any resident of Kentucky, Indiana or Ohio who was impacted by the recent tornadoes. Residents who are not Humana members and Humana members who don’t currently have an EAP benefit will have access to these services for as long as needed to assist with their recovery related to the tornadoes.
