Makes it easier for residents to submit concerns to officials
OWENSBORO, Ky. (Nov. 4, 2014) — The City of Owensboro has launched OnlyOwensboro, the official civic engagement tool allowing residents to connect with the city.
With the tool, residents can submit, track, and view nearby service requests online, through the smartphone app, via SMS, and traditional phone calls. The app was launched in partnership with PublicStuff, an innovative civic engagement platform that helps residents and local governments connect to improve their communities.

Now you can submit these issues through the customized mobile app.
The relevant city staff redirects and responds to the issues through their backend workflow management suite. The city keeps residents in the loop with regular status updates and comments on the submitted requests.
