U.S. senator to address manufacturers associations

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (April 13, 2012) — Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., will speak Friday, April 20, 2012 to the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and Kentucky Association Manufacturers (KAM).

The event, from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. at the General Motors Assembly Plant, will give senior manufacturing executives a chance to tell Paul how their operations and employees are impacted by federal level legislation and regulation, according to a KAM press release.

“The meeting format will provide for a frank, informal discussion of key issues, including regulations, taxes, energy and the environment. In turn, we will hear key insights from Sen. Paul on these issues,” the release states.
